DYNAMIC VINYASA FLOW
My love for yoga as a form of freedom and expression for both your physical body and mind influences my teaching style. Expect varied and dynamic movement - exploring all planes of motion and a non dogmatic approach to alignment.
Slow and mindful free flowing through space combined with strength focussed elements. Yoga is for everyone and everybody - so no nit picking here! You are free to move, breath and feel in whichever way suits YOU best.
I have completed my 250 hr + 150hr advanced training at Stretch London where I now teach my public classes.
Monday 6.30 - 7.30pm @ Ada Street
Thursday 8.15 - 9.15pm @ Columbia Road
Saturday 11.30 - 12.30pm @ Ada Street

Wanting to start your yoga journey but don’t feel your ready to come to class? Want to delve deeper into your practise or have something you really want to work on? Then private sessions is probably the way to go.
We will sit down and discuss exactly what you want out of the sessions and go from there. I can come to you or I have space for up to 2 people in my East London based home.
IN THE WORKPLACE
Being an office dweller myself, I know whats needed for the body and mind to balance out a hectic work schedule. Whether your goal is improving strength and mobility, wanting to find a bit of head space or for team bonding - I can tailor a class that is suitable for all abilities.
For these classes I focus on counteracting the physical effects of sitting at a desk all day - opening up the chest and releasing those pesky hip flexors. Expect a fun and laid back approach to yoga which is accessible for anyone.
All you need is an office/meeting room that you can push the tables back, a couple of mats and some bodies that want to move!
